Birch Street Development

HMS has an established policy of regenerating brown field sites, to enhance the local area. The Birch Street project was a disused office building, which had a former life as a public house during the early 19th century. HMS have now constructed five stunning new homes, taht has helped to regenerate the local area and brought more, much needed affordable housing to Stoke on Trent.
